Existing Home Lighting Audit
The house is finished and the lighting is wrong — harsh, flat, or you only ever use one lamp. An audit finds out why, and what can change without opening the ceiling.

Renovation and Retrofit Lighting Design
A renovation opens some ceilings and not others. The lighting has to work as one composition across both — and it is usually solved by matching whatever is already there.

New Construction Lighting Design
On most new homes, the lighting plan is a grid of downlights added to the electrical drawing after every other decision is final. By the time anyone sees what it produces, the ceilings are closed.

Fees depend on the size of the home, the stage of the project, and the depth of documentation required. Every inquiry receives a written scope and a fixed fee before any work begins.

We decide what the light in your home should accomplish, then specify the fixtures, placement, optics, and controls to achieve it. The electrician installs the system; we design what it does.
Before electrical rough-in — earlier if possible. Before ceilings close, everything is adjustable. After, we work with optics, trims, dimming, and aiming. There is useful work at every stage, including in a finished house.
Yes. A new trim, a lamp with a different beam angle, or a better dimmer can transform a room without opening a ceiling. An audit puts those opportunities in order.
